TERMS and CONDITIONS
Customers placing orders are taken as having accepted Energy Controls and Spares Limited terms and conditions in full.
SETTING UP AN ACCOUNT
Should any company require purchasing product using a credit account, then they should complete and return a Credit Application form ( please copy the form on the next page). Any company wishing to purchase without a credit account will be invoiced on a proforma basis and goods despatched upon clearance of payment into our bank account.
PLACING ORDERS
The following information is required when placing an order: Order number Invoice address Delivery address (if different from invoice address) Required delivery date (you will be advised if this cannot be met) Customer contact Full description of items required or Energy Controls and Spares Limited Part Numbers Orders can be placed by phone, fax, mail or e-mail. You can use the form provided on the previous page if you wish. Verbal orders should be confirmed in writing.
PRICING, DISCOUNTS & PAYMENT
All prices shown in our catalogue are trade prices. Credit Account customers may be given a varying discounts, which would apply to various products in the catalogue. Discount will be determined, at the discretion of the Managing Director, Sales Director or Sales Manager, on the basis of actual turnover expected. Unless agreed in writing with ECS, all credit terms are Nett Monthly – defined as payable on or before the last day of the month following the month of invoice. Payment is normally expected by cheque or BACS transfer but we can also accept the following forms of payment:
PROGRESSING AN ORDER
To progress an order, please contact our office and provide your company name, original date of order and your order number. If your order has been despatched but not received, then a proof of delivery can be provided.
DELIVERY CHARGES
In order that Energy Controls and Spares Limited can offer competitive pricing, packing and delivery is charged separately on all orders. The following shows standard charges for parcels up to 20kg (heavier parcels are priced individually):

UK Next day before 9.00AM £35.00
UK Next day before 10.30AM £23.00
UK Next day before 12.00 noon £13.00
UK Next day before 5.30PM £6.50
UK Saturday before 12.00 noon £30.00

If required, a customer collection can be requested, either in person or by an independent carrier. Our Bridgwater facility is open for collection from 8.15AM to 5.30PM. Please telephone us to arrange a convenient collection time.
